Wedding of Lucy and Geoff at Reigate Heath Golf Club, Surrey.

What an amazing wedding in Surrey!

Lucy and Geoff’s day was absolutely ideal, it was both perfectly planned and exceptionally relaxed. The weather was incredible that day. Apart from a few group wedding photographs for the families and short wedding photo session with the couple this was a very reportage-based wedding, capturing the essence of the day.

I started a photo shoot day with gents playing golf at Reigate Heath Golf Club. Their traditional service took place in the old and beautiful St Mary’s Reigate Church. I found the atmosphere of this place very special and this is due to the vicar – Phil Andrew who led the marriage service in a relaxed and yet meaningful way.

Later we returned to Reigate Heath Golf Club which Lucy and Geoff chose for their wedding venue.  A great place with a very professional chef Kevin Grove and his wife Lydie Grove from Premier Dining who deliver a delicious food, great customer experience and direct the staff to look after you and your guests. After a welcome drinks and few group shots the married couple and I sneaked out for about 30 minutes to a photo session in a wonderful golf club surroundings. Soon we joined all guests for some very touching speeches, perfect food and dances. The Iron Boot Scrapers is the music band which can’t be missed out. Phenomenal performers, able to gather all generations on a dance floor.

Below my favourite photos from Lucy and Geoff’s wedding.

Wedding Photographer London – Denise and Kieran

Denise and Kieran were really concerned that Saturday 26th of October would be a cold and rainy day. At this time of the year usually you can’t expect much from the weather but it turned out to be a very pleasant and truly special day.

I arrived at The Railway Pub Blackheath just before to meet with Kieran and his guests. The pub was still empty so I had time to have a soda water. After a few minutes everybody started to appear.

Their traditional service took place in St. Mary’s Blackheath Church, just a short walk from the pub. Denise arrived sooner than expected which took Kieran by surprise. He was amazed because she looked just stunning in her 50’s dress.

Although my style is predominantly reportage I still did a few family portraits and group photographs after the ceremony. It took us only few moments and then we continued our journey by old-fashioned London Routemaster Bus. It was a good time to celebrate the couple’s wedding day with the first glass of champagne. Within 40 minutes we arrived at our next destination The Peasant pub in the heart of London’s Clerkenwell. The pub has a Victorian horseshoe bar which features an original mosaic floor throughout and stunning restaurant filled with natural light and the owners circus art. It is a perfect place to host a wedding reception. Soon after the arrival the couple and I sneaked out for a quick 40 minutes photo session. The reception started around 18.30 with perfect food served at The Peasant. There were very emotional moments during the speeches and a beautiful dance Denise and Kieran afterwards. I have to admit that Dj Catfight created a fantastic atmosphere on the night.

Congratulations and warm wishes to both of you! Bon Voyage!

Here are my very favourites photos from that day.
